These are the most common questions from our passengers relating to bus transportation in Minorca. We have combined them here to help you find answers.
Transporting bicycles
TO ACCEPT BICYCLES AS BAGGAGE, the following requirements must be met:
1) THEY ARE COMPLETELLY PROTECTED by a bike cover or a bike transport bag in order to prevent damage to the rest of baggage.
2) The PASSENGER’S HAND LUGGAGE WILL HAVE ABSOLUTE PRIORITY on bicycles in the vehicle luggage compartment. Therefore, they will be charged at last minute before departure.
3) The MAXIMUM NUMBER of bicycles is 1 per trip.

Travelling with pets
Travelling with animals is not permitted, except guide dogs or small pets, as long as they are transported by their owners in appropriate carriers and do not cause any annoyance with smells or noise.
Buying tickets
Tickets can be bought on the bus
We do not have an advanced reservations service so you must purchase your ticket on boarding the bus.
How to get to
As there is no direct route between the airport and Ciutadella, you have to combine the TORRES service www.bus.e-torres.net from the airport to the bus station in Mahon where you can catch our Route 01 Maó-Ciutadella bus.
